Congratulations to Vicki for winning the Sew, Mama, Sew giveaway tote bag!
. . . . . . . . . .
I’m participating in Sew, Mama, Sew’s giveaway day again. I just love this idea. You can enter my giveaway below and then head over to their website and enter hundreds more! (Yes, hundreds!)
I’m giving away a tote bag. It’s a little smaller than some of my recent bags — the perfect size for knit and crochet, small sewing, and embroidery projects. It would also make a cute purse!
It’s got two big pockets inside and closes with a ribbon tie. The outside and pockets are from a really cute upholstery fabric sample.
How to enter: Leave a comment and tell me how you would use this bag — to hold creative projects? as a purse? something else?
Bonus entry: Subscribe to my rss feed and leave another comment to be entered.
Another bonus entry: “Like” my Facebook page and leave another comment to be entered. (Why did they change that? It sounds even weirder than “Fan.”)
I’ll ship internationally, so everyone has a chance to win! You have until Midnight CT, May 20th to enter. I’ll pick the winner using a random number generator. Good luck!
Now go check out more giveaways over at Sew, Mama, Sew!
recycle: All of the materials for this tote were thrifted (i.e., saved from the landfill).
Oh my the colors in that bag are so sweet. Love it! It would definately be my new embroidery bag. I really like it!
Oh, this is lovely, makes me think of cool frosty mornings for some reason.
I’d use it to carry my sketch books and pencils, i think. Looks like the perfect size, skinny and tall.
I would use it for craft projects. I love sewing yoyos so this would be perfect to use. I would be able to take them out and about with me and sew anytime I have to wait around for something (you know, doctor’s appointment or train, that kind of thing) I think your giveaway is just lovely!

I can see it being either a new bookbag or better yet a summer purse!!
I’d use it for a project bag for my knitting! Lovely colour combination!
Very lovely bag – I love working with upholstery samples (I get them from freecycle, and have bought sample books at fabric stores!) – it has a really nice feel to it, and is lovely to sew on. I would use the bag to carry my ever-present notebook (because the older I get, the more forgetful I become, lol) and whatever novel I’m currently reading :D
cute bag…I would use it for going to the shops!!
I’d use it to carry a sock knitting project.
I would definately use this for crochet projects! When I’m not using it as a purse!
i have many knitting projects and they would clamor for a ride in this gorgeous bag!
thanks for the chance to win.

also just noticed noticed you’re in lincoln! my mom is there, and my grandma, and i’ll be visiting there next month with my daughter. :-) small world!
I would use this beautiful bag as a purse. I am a clinician at a children’s home and often have a notebook and planner that i tote around…and this beautiful bag would perfectly hold them!
I love the colors of this bag, Julie, and it’s the perfect size for my lace scarf I’m knitting.
I’d take it to the Farmers Market and fill it up with fruit and vegetables and fresh bread.
love that it has all been thrifted – awesome job! i’d use it for my knitting projects which are currently homeless.
thanks for giving!
If i were to think about what I would use this for it would get my hopes up. i need no unwarranted hopes!
Very cute bag! I love a bag that’s the right size to hold a book – that’s what I’d keep inside.

yum!!!! I love those colors! I would use this as our ‘church” diaper bag – it doesn’t have to be as large as our out and about one!
